The heroic statue which is commemorating for the World War II veterans was built by the Kossuth Award double-winning sculptor, Zsigmond Kisfaludy Strobl, in 11 July 1937. This was inaugurated on the south side of the church hill with József Habsburg archduke and Mihály Wieland priest.
