The battle called “Mohács of Borsod” passed off here in its border in 1596. The open-air statue of Kossuth was raised as the second in the country. The pride of the village is its so far active male choir founded in 1856 and the fur-making. Its Catholic churches were built in late baroque (1769) and neo-Norman (1899) style. One of the sanctuaries in the Calvinist church is from the 15th century. Its painted wood ceiling prepared in 1728 remained only in pieces. Additional sights are the Hoffmann... tovább mansion, and the world war monument. The opening for the future is the airport that is the border of the village.
