Leaving Makád, the traveler is headed towards Lórév on the road leading along the Greater Danube. The smallest yet one of the oldest settlements on the island, Lórév is nearly all-Serbian. Being a close-knit community, Lórév has kept many of its traditions alive. Events such as the Lórév Parish Feast or the Lórév Theatrical and Cultural Days offer a unique insight into this rich local culture. The 18th century curch of the village continues to offer service in Serbian. The chapel near the road... tovább leading to the Lórév ferry was dedicated to Count Edmund Zichy.
