One of the most beautifully kept villages in Békés County. Considering the origin of its name there is a strong likelihood that the Kaba name is of Avar origin, meaning fish or falcon. According to other opinions, the name of the village meant wrist, cube or bait. The name Csabacsüd has appeared in charters since 1444. The Second World War prevented it from being entirely developed into a “Model Hungarian” village. Today Csabacsüd is obviously a dynamically developing, orderly settlement in the... tovább Körös-szög Micro-region.
